Shahidul Islam

Founder

Having secured the Bachelor of Arts Degree, he has joined in the then Undivided Bengal Police Services in mid 50s. Mr. Islam was a brilliant police officer and secured two Gold medals for his outstanding contribution in the then East Pakistan Police Service. He had worked with highest dignity and reputation in the police department. After retirement in 1978 as Superintendent of Police (SP), he formed Islam & Sons in 1980 in Jessore with a vision to offer best available services for Clearing & Forwarding business. Over the years, Islam & Sons under his prudent leadership has grown from a small firm to today’s position. It has been possible due to proper guidance & contribution towards making it one of the leading C&F Agents in Bangladesh.

Md. K. Alam Bobby
(Bobby Islam)

Proprietor

A Bachelor of Arts, Mr. Bobby has joined Islam & Sons as the Managing Partner in 1989, took the overall responsibility of the organization, and gave all his efforts to take the organization forward and highlight its name in the field of Clearing & Forwarding business. Being an aggressive and positive thinker, Mr. Bobby has successfully made a team of well-trained personnel, who not only can deliver results but also strives for the best.
Mr. Bobby is now the sole proprietor of the organization after demise of the founder Mr. Shahidul Islam in the year 2009.

Mr. AMIRUL ISLAM

General Manager

Mr. Amirul Islam after completing CS engineering from American International University of Bangladesh (AIUB), had been joined as an assistant manager of Islam and sons since 2017, now he is a general manager and look after all the side of company, specially import, transportation and warehousing and other logistics support.  • Create strategy and plan concerning transportation, warehousing and delivery. • Ensuring all the utilities and transportation vehicles are fit for work in warehousing and delivery clients store and if not available are responsible to arrange at the earliest. • Assign vehicles, driver, labor and monetary resources to implement company strategies and plans, establish better services and administrative controls. • Oversees and synchronizes activities of senior stuff who are engaged in warehousing department and truck driver schedule and information. • Allow and form the establishment of main departments and connected senior staff positions select middle managers, or other executive staff. • Manage the work of logistics, transportation, warehouse, supply chain, customs clearing, finance, administration and all related departments.
